1stClassBet Premium Sports Betting

Betting Rules & Policies

By placing a bet with 1st Class Bet, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Placing a Bet

- A bet is only valid once accepted by 1stClassBet.

- Customers must check all selections, stakes and details before confirming.

- Bets must be placed before the official start time unless specifically agreed as in-play.

- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any bet, suspend or close any account, or restrict betting activity at our discretion and in accordance with our regulatory obligations.

- Bets placed via WhatsApp are only accepted once you receive a "Bet Confirmed" reply from us. No bet is on until you receive this confirmation.

- If you do not receive a "Bet Confirmed" reply before the start of the event, it is your responsibility to contact us to check whether your bet has been received and accepted.

- We are not obliged to send a "No Bet" message for a bet to be considered void or refused.

- Bets will only be accepted where sufficient cleared funds are available in your account.

- It is your responsibility to check your WhatsApp messages carefully — stakes, selections, and odds should be confirmed correct before the event starts, as mistakes cannot be corrected retrospectively.

- Where duplicate instructions are received, we reserve the right to determine whether one or more bets were intended.

- If you send us a price enquiry by WhatsApp, we will reply with the current price. You can then WhatsApp us your bet request at that price.

- If our price on a selection has moved between sending you a quote and receiving your bet request, we will let you know it is "No Bet" and tell you the current market price. If you'd like to proceed, you'll need to message us again confirming the bet at the new price.

- The same applies to prices shown on the website: the price shown when you tap it to open WhatsApp may have moved slightly by the time we receive your message. Your bet is only confirmed at the price we reply to you with, not necessarily the price you saw on screen.

- Multiple Instructions: Where multiple betting instructions are received and the intended bet is unclear, we reserve the right to reject all affected bets or seek clarification before acceptance.

- Ambiguous Requests: If a betting instruction is incomplete or ambiguous (for example, a stake and team name with no market specified, such as "£50 Liverpool"), it will not be accepted unless clarified and confirmed before the event starts.

- Request-A-Bet Discretion: We reserve the right to decline any requested market or odds without providing a reason.

- Communication Hours: Our WhatsApp service is monitored from 11am until the last race of the day. On days with football fixtures, we stay open later to cover evening kick-offs. Messages received outside these hours may not be processed until trading resumes.

- WhatsApp Availability: While every effort will be made to process bets promptly, we cannot guarantee the availability of WhatsApp or any third-party messaging service. Customers should allow sufficient time before the advertised start of an event. Bets received after the start of an event will not be accepted.

2. Voided Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

- Where a bet has not been confirmed by us before the event starts.

- Where an event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled and does not take place in accordance with our Event Settlement Rules.

- Where there is an obvious error in the odds, market, participant, event details or settlement.

- Where a bet has been accepted in error due to a technical, communication or administrative issue.

- Where there are insufficient cleared funds in the customer's account to cover the stake at the time the bet is accepted.

- Where the betting instruction is incomplete, ambiguous or cannot reasonably be interpreted.

- Where duplicate betting instructions have been received and it is not possible to determine the customer's intended bet.

- Where a participant is withdrawn before the event starts and the applicable market rules require the bet to be void.

- Where an event's official result cannot be determined or is declared void by the relevant governing body.

- Where a bet is accepted in breach of these Rules or our Terms and Conditions.

3. Effect of a Void Bet

- Where a bet is declared void, the customer's stake will be returned to their betting account. A void bet neither wins nor loses and will not count towards any promotions or offers unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Request-A-Bet Markets

- All Request-A-Bet prices are offered at our discretion.

- We reserve the right to refuse any Request-A-Bet without explanation.

- A Request-A-Bet is only accepted once you receive a "Bet Confirmed" message.

- If any leg of a Request-A-Bet is void, settlement will be based on the remaining selections unless the nature of the market requires the entire bet to be void.

- Request-A-Bets are settled using the standard rules applicable to each individual sport and market included within the bet.

5. In-Play Betting

- Bets placed after an event has started will be void unless clearly accepted as in-play.

- For football, bets may be accepted within 5 minutes of kick-off provided no goal has been scored and no player sent off at the time of placement.

6. Accepted Events

- Horse Racing

- Greyhound Racing

- Football

- Other selected sports as advertised

7. General Event Settlement Rules

- Bets are settled on the result at the end of normal playing/regulation time for that sport or event (for example, 90 minutes for football), including any time added on for stoppages. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs, or the equivalent in other sports, do not count towards settlement unless a market is specifically advertised as including them.

- If an event is abandoned before it reaches a natural conclusion, any markets not already determined at the point of abandonment are void. Markets that have already been unconditionally determined before the abandonment will stand.

- If an event is postponed, abandoned before it starts, or rearranged, affected bets are void unless otherwise stated. Unless otherwise stated, a postponed event must take place within 24 hours of its original scheduled start time, otherwise affected bets will be void.

- If the advertised venue, participants, or opponent for an event change before it starts, affected bets are void.

- Settlement is based on the official result declared by the governing body or event organiser at the time of settlement. Subsequent disciplinary decisions or appeals made after settlement will not normally affect the outcome of already-settled bets, unless otherwise stated.

- Human Error: We reserve the right to void bets accepted as a result of obvious human error, including incorrect odds, market descriptions, participant details, or settlement errors.

8. Settlement Times

- Whilst we aim to settle bets as soon as possible after an event has concluded, settlement times may vary. Any payment made before settlement is confirmed is provisional and may be corrected if made in error.

9. Football Rules

- Unless otherwise stated, all bets are settled on the result after 90 minutes plus injury time only. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs do not count.

- If a match is abandoned before completion, bets on markets already determined will stand. All other bets will be void.

- If a match is postponed and not played on its scheduled date, all bets will be void unless otherwise stated.

- Own goals count towards goals markets but do not count for any named goalscorer unless specifically stated.

- For goalscorer markets, the player must take part in the match for bets to stand.

10. Horse Racing Rules

- All bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant racing authority.

- Bets are accepted at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance unless otherwise stated.

- Non-runners will be settled in accordance with Tattersalls Rule 4 where applicable.

- If a race is abandoned before the official start, all bets will be void.

- If a horse is withdrawn after coming under starter's orders, it is deemed to have run.

- Dead-heat rules apply where two or more runners cannot be separated for a given placing.

- Ante-post bets are “All In / Not In” unless stated otherwise.

1stClassBet pays standard each-way terms unless specified:

NON-HANDICAP RACES

- 2–4 runners: Win only (no place)

- 5–7 runners: 1/4 odds – 1st & 2nd

- 8+ runners: 1/5 odds – 1st, 2nd & 3rd

HANDICAP RACES

- 2–4 runners: Win only (no place)

- 5–7 runners: 1/4 odds – 1st & 2nd

- 8–11 runners: 1/5 odds – 1st, 2nd & 3rd

- 12–15 runners: 1/4 odds – 1st, 2nd & 3rd

- 16+ runners: 1/4 odds – 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th

Notes: Each-way bets require 5 or more runners to have started. “Runners” means horses that come under starter’s orders. Special or enhanced place terms (e.g. extra places) override these standard terms when advertised.

11. Greyhound Racing Rules

- Settlement is based on the official result.

- Vacant traps do not affect settlement unless otherwise stated.

- If a race is declared a "No Race", all bets will be void.

- Non-runners are settled in accordance with the applicable deduction rules where relevant.

- Trap changes do not normally affect bets unless the race is reformed.

- Dead-heat rules apply where two or more runners cannot be separated for a given placing.

12. Tennis Rules

- The player progressing to the next round or winning the match is deemed the winner.

- If a player retires before the match is completed, bets will be settled according to the market rules. Unless otherwise stated, Match Winner bets will be void if the match is not completed.

- A change of venue or roof status does not affect settlement.

- Davis Cup, Billie Jean King Cup and exhibition matches are settled in the same way unless otherwise stated.

13. Golf Rules

- Tournament Winner bets are settled on the official tournament result.

- Play-offs count when determining the winner unless otherwise stated.

- Players must tee off for bets to stand.

- If a tournament is shortened by the organisers, bets will stand provided an official result is declared.

- Dead Heat Rules apply where applicable.

14. Rugby League & Rugby Union

- Unless otherwise stated, bets are settled on 80 minutes plus injury time only.

- Extra time does not count unless specifically stated.

- Abandoned matches will result in undecided markets being void.

- Golden Point or extra time only counts in markets specifically advertised as including it.

15. Cricket

- Official competition rules determine settlement.

- Reduced overs matches count provided an official result is declared.

- Markets not determined before abandonment will be void.

- Super Overs only count where the market specifically includes them.

16. Darts

- The official winner of the match is used for settlement.

- If a player withdraws before the match starts, all bets are void.

- If a match is abandoned before completion, undecided markets are void.

- Tournament Winner markets stand once the player has thrown their first dart in the tournament.

17. Boxing & MMA

- Settlement is based on the official result declared immediately after the contest.

- Technical Decisions and Technical Knockouts count as official results.

- If a contest is postponed, bets are void unless it takes place within the published rules.

- If a fighter is replaced before the contest, all bets are void.

18. Sports Integrity

By placing a bet with us, you confirm that:

- You are not prohibited from entering into the bet by any term of your contract of employment, or by any rule of a Sports Governing Body which applies to you.

- You are not aware of any circumstances which would make placing the bet a breach of a betting rule applied by a Sports Governing Body.

- Where a bet is placed on the outcome of an event, or the likelihood of something occurring during an event, you do not know the outcome in advance.

If a bet is found to breach this section, your stake will be forfeit and we will not be obliged to pay any winnings. We may also pass relevant customer data to the Sports Governing Body and/or the Gambling Commission, as required under our licence conditions.

- Bets on Suspicious Events: We reserve the right to void or withhold settlement on bets where there is evidence of integrity concerns, suspicious betting patterns, or where directed by a relevant sporting or regulatory authority.

21. Errors

- Bets may be corrected to the proper market price, or declared void where appropriate.

22. Integrity & Fraud

- We reserve the right to void bets, withhold winnings or suspend betting activity where fraud, collusion or suspicious activity is suspected.

- Any bet evidenced only by a screenshot that has since been deleted or altered will be settled as a loser. Accounts may be closed at our discretion where this occurs.

- It is your responsibility to check your WhatsApp chat carefully — mistakes in stakes, selections or timing cannot be corrected once the event has started.

- Edited or deleted WhatsApp messages will not be accepted as evidence of a betting instruction. Only the content of the message as received and accepted by us will apply.
