triPPPle Prediction Game – Terms & Conditions         

            

These Terms & Conditions apply to the triPPPle 8 Ball Pool Prediction Game promoted via the official Facebook page (the “Promotion”). Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Promoter & Betting Operator

            

1.1 The Promotion and associated pool matches are organised and promoted by triPPPle (the “Promoter”).

            

1.2 All betting activity, entry fees, account management, regulatory checks, settlement of bets, and payment of winnings are the sole responsibility of the licensed betting operator (the “Bookmaker”).

            

1.3 The Promoter does not accept any money, does not hold stakes, and does not pay winnings.

            

1.4 By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are entering into a betting transaction with the Bookmaker, not the Promoter.

            

2. Eligibility

            

2.1 Participation is restricted to persons aged 18 years or over.

            

2.2 Participants must hold a valid account with the Bookmaker and successfully pass all identity, age verification, and regulatory checks required by the Bookmaker.

            

2.3 Employees, contractors, or close associates may be excluded at the Bookmaker’s discretion.

            

3. The Event

            

3.1 The Promotion is based on a live-streamed English 8 Ball Pool match played weekly.

            

3.2 Matches are played under International 8 Ball Rules and officiated by a qualified referee.

            

3.3 Matches are scheduled weekly on Wednesdays, subject to operational changes.

            

3.4 The match will be streamed live on Facebook. The Promoter does not guarantee uninterrupted streaming.

            

4. The Prediction Game

            

4.1 The Bookmaker will offer a multi-leg betting market based on ten (10) predictions.

• Golden Break/Duck occurrence
                
• Winner of frame 18/13
                
• Fewest fouls from breaks
                
• Most balls potted from breaks
                
• Reds or yellows win more frames
                
• 8 ball left/right side
                
• Total frames over/under
                
• First to 9 or 7 frames
                
• Odd or even total frames
            

            

4.3 All predictions form a single accumulator-style bet and must all be correct to win.

            

5. Stakes & Limits

            

Standard stake expected £5. Max 4 bets per person (subject to Bookmaker).

            

6. Jackpot & Payouts

            

All winnings are paid by the Bookmaker in accordance with their rules.

            

7. Match Statistics

            

Referee decisions and statistics are final.

            

8. Changes

            

The Promoter may amend matches where necessary.

            

9. Facebook

            

This promotion is not associated with Facebook.

            

10. Liability

            

The Promoter accepts no liability for betting losses or technical issues.

            

11. Governing Law

            

Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
